I became CEO of Endeavour MAT in September 2021 after spending four years as Head Teacher of Wilmington Grammar School for Boys. I love the variety of our Trust, with primary and secondary, selective and non-selective schools in a richly diverse community. This makes for an enriching learning environment where we all learn from our differences as well as the many things we all have in common. My career has been spent working in a number of settings – including inner city comprehensives, a coastal high school and an international school as well as time as a consultant. However, it is the joy of working with young people and the endless possibilities that an exceptional education can provide that gets me up each day. As CEO I aim to support our schools by creating the conditions for staff and students to thrive.
