Lydia was appointed Director of Finance and Resources when Endeavour MAT formed in 2017 and is now the Trust’s Chief Operating Officer. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy. She previously worked for the Audit Commission, where she held roles delivering audits of a selection of local government and public sector bodies across London. Following a seconded to the national technical and quality team at the Audit Commission she branched her career into education management at the University of Kent.  Lydia has a successful track record of establishing and leading high performing teams providing corporate, central and operational services and is driven to apply this in support of educational opportunities for students across Endeavour MAT.
