Ross joined Endeavour MAT in January 2018 as Trust Finance Manager. Prior to this he gained essential accounting experience working in the Hotel industry, as well as for one of the leading Motorsport Operators in the UK, all whilst gaining full accreditation as a qualified Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) member. As the Trust has grown, along with the financial operating and reporting responsibilities required with it, Ross was promted to the role of Head of Finance in September 2022. Outside of the Trust, Ross continues professional development working towards Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) status with CIMA, whilst also spending quality time with his young family.
