Following my Law Degree, I embarked upon a career in banking working in a range of corporate business and marketing roles. When I had a young family, I made the move into the education sector holding various roles over time including responsibilities for governance and school office management.  I recently joined Endeavour MAT working closely with the governing bodies across our individual schools and centrally at Trust level.  The open and collaborative nature of our Trust promotes skill-sharing and coaching at every level throughout our Trust and schools and I am thoroughly enjoying being part of that positive dialogue.  My interests outside of work tend to be family orientated, with outings and movies being a key pastime .. as a result, I’m a bit of a film buff with a particular passion for Marvel movies!
