I studied for a HR management degree at university and have enjoyed a rewarding and stimulating career providing HR expertise to businesses in several sectors.  However, education is definitely, for me, the most fulfilling and inspiring environment I have worked in.  I work closely with Head Teachers and across our Trust to provide a bespoke and targeted HR provision ensuring the appointment of specialist practitioners that share and reflect our vision for our schools and their students.  I am incredibly grateful to be in a role I love, in a sector I have always wanted to be part of! Outside of work I love spending time with my two young children and husband.  We love family games nights, evening strolls, trips to the theatre and exploring the world!
